When the case is in the initial planning stage, we recommend the following be sent :

• The complete treatment plan.
• What your patients expectations are.
• Any allergies or medical history pertinent to the case.
• Photos (preferably full-face and retracted smiles).
• Pre-Op Models

We also highly recommend requesting a Diagnostic Wax-Up. This is an invaluable tool for the laboratory and in presenting treatment to your patients. It eliminates surprises and gives you and your patient the opportunity to make any necessary changes before the case is started.

As an added service to our customers, Prosthodent Dental Studio provides custom shade consultations for patients.

All of our consultations are given in our “shade room” complete with neutral décor and color corrective lighting to provide the patient with the most accurate results. Identalloy

HN - High Noble metal content 60% or greater. At Least 40% must be gold.

The Identalloy program was created in 1986 by a team of manufacturers to help dentists identify and record alloy information. Approximately 90% of the precious metal alloys used in the U.S. are registered with the Identalloy program.

Infection Control

It is extremely important that all work be disinfected both before and after the case is finished. When a case is completed, it is immediately disinfected and sealed for protection. It is then safely wrapped and returned to the dentist in a secure package. It is of our utmost concern that your case be returned to you disinfected and safely contained.

Pickup and Delivery

As a courtesy to our local dentists, we offer a pick-up/drop-off service. Our driver will personally come and pick-up or drop-off your case either in the morning or afternoon, depending on your exact location. We can also issue mailing labels or pre-paid UPS labels for your convenience.     Print a mailing label now.
